Organisational Development (OD)

Our approach to organisational development helps organisations by empowering leaders and individual employees; through creating a culture of continuous improvement and alignment around shared goals; with making change easier and faster; by putting the minds of all employees at ease; and through enhancing the quality and speed of decision making.

Telephone Counselling Services

We provide accessibility to 24/7 telephone counselling as and when needed. Dedicated lines are provided accordingly. There are counsellors available 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. If needed and arranged, this type of invention ensures access to speedy and private primary wellness services. This off-site intervention minimizes the perceived discomfort about seeking counselling or help. The client is in control of seeking and choosing when to call and this has proven to be empowering to clients.
Clients can arrange to speak to the same counsellor on a set day and time each week if they so wish. This encourages continuation in the client’s therapeutic journey and saves time explaining the situation to a different counsellor the following week if they so wish. This encourages and strengthens the therapeutic relationship and thus enhance the client’s wellbeing. Furthermore, telephone counselling allows the client to remain as anonymous as they choose to be.

Crisis Management

Crisis Management within our EWP is a structured approach to preparing for, responding to, and recovering from critical incidents that may impact employees and the organization as a whole. It involves the coordination of resources, communication, and psychological support to ensure that individuals and teams can effectively cope with and recover from disruptive or traumatic events.
Through this intervention, we assist organizations in managing crises such as workplace accidents, violence, sudden loss, or other emotionally distressing incidents. Our aim is to maintain organizational stability while supporting affected employees through a holistic recovery process.
Key components of our Crisis Management process include:

Trauma debriefing and support: Facilitating emotional processing and minimizing the risk of long-term psychological distress and trauma.

Restoration of normal functioning: Helping individuals and teams return to their regular levels of performance and well-being.

Our Crisis Management framework enables organizations to handle workplace crises with compassion, structure, and efficiency, preserving both employee well-being and organizational continuity.
