Motheo PSYCH is owned by Dr Mpho Sepato who is the founder and Chief Executive Officer.  The company has been trading as a sole proprietor (private practice) under the name of Mpho Sepato Psychological Services, since 2003. In 2014, it was registered as a company called Motheo Psychological Associates (PTY) LTD. The company was subsequently officially launched on the 8^th of October 2016.
